TPI Consulting Group, LLC provides training seminars, workshops, and consulting services to businesses and individual clients relative to professional skills and leadership development, career development and transitions, self-esteem and personal empowerment. She is passionate about helping others achieve personal success.

Seleria is certified by the Professional Woman Network (PWN) as Professional Consultant and Diversity Trainer with special emphasis on women’s issues, diversity issues in social and employment settings, and multiculturalism. She has created and implemented teen empowerment seminars and health and wellness seminars. Seleria is recipient of the “Tough Women For Tough Times” award presented by the Chester County Women’s Commission in West Chester, Pennsylvania. She is a licensed speech-language consultant, a member of the Professional Woman Network, the Professional Woman’s Network Speakers Bureau and the Professional Woman Network International Advisory Board.
