Seminars or Keynote Topics:

Melanie believes everyone has the power to influence who they are and who they become, and to achieve what they set out to do or be in their life through the power of their thoughts. Through her book, “Thoughts Become Things,” Melanie shares six pillars that she lives her life by: Honor, Humility, Gratitude, Grit, Faith and Forgiveness. She shares stories of her Angels (six people who heavily influenced her life) as well as the story of her relationship with her mother - that demonstrated to her how to internalize these Pillars and use them to her advantage to become the person she is - and to achieve what she sets out to do in her life. Melanie’s goal is for the reader to access these pillars for themselves and ensure that their thoughts can also become things that they dream, believe and make come true!

Melanie Santostefano is the proud daughter of immigrants whose sacrifices afforded her the amazing opportunity to be a bootstrapping entrepreneur and founder of two businesses. Prior to launching Vicarious Multimedia in 2004 (marketing communications company) and St. Steven Public Relations in 2022 (a PR, public information and crisis communications firm) Melanie had a successful career as a reporter, writer, editor and broadcaster for several award-winning Illinois radio stations. She obtained her degree from University of Illinois at Chicago with a dual focus in Psychology and Communications and is gratefully living her American Dream. Melanie loves to travel, is an avid writer, reader and fitness enthusiast, and the extremely proud mother of her 15-year-old son named Charlie. She lives in the northwest suburbs of Chicago.
