Bobbie Crudup-Qualls, Founder of Q Leadership Consulting Group, is an author / poet, motivational trainer, and Leadership Consultant.

The Consulting group's focus is to empower young women to become Exemplary Leaders to achieve lifelong goals. These committed women will have a compassionate heart to lead and implement service for humanity.
Bobbie's academic credentials include Rank 1 in Administration Leadership, Masters of Education Degree in Guidance and Counseling from University of Louisville, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Literature from Alcorn State University.

Bobbie served as a Highly Skilled Educator from Kentucky Department of Education and retired as a Distinguished Leader from Jefferson County Public Schools. She holds certifications in Train-the-Trainer Women's Issues and The PWN Coaching Certifications from Professional Woman Network, and Zeta Organizational Leadership (ZOL) from Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.

Ms. Q is a partner, along with her siblings, of Crudup-Ward Activity Center, founded by her sister, Annie Crudup-Ward Lowery.
