Illyasha Peete

Book:

  • Glass Ceilings, Fragile Ground

Are you navigating leadership challenges in a world where the rules feel stacked against you? For leaders from historically excluded groups, breaking glass ceilings often means standing on fragile ground. In Glass Ceilings, Fragile Ground, Illyasha Peete—consultant, speaker, and creator of the B-IDEAL framework—offers a powerful roadmap for leading with authenticity and impact.

Drawing from almost three decades of experience across corporate, nonprofit, and educational sectors, Illyasha provides actionable strategies for individuals and organizations alike. She sheds light on systemic barriers that limit leadership potential and equips readers with tools to overcome them. From navigating the pressures of representation to building sustainable support networks, Glass Ceilings, Fragile Ground combines personal insights with professional expertise to help readers thrive in executive roles. Illyasha emphasizes the importance of B-IDEAL (belonging, inclusion, diversity, equity, access, and liberation) in fostering sustainable leadership. Readers will learn how to:

Cultivate a leadership style grounded in values and authenticity.
