Dr. Shana Y. Patrick is the CEO of Infinite Provision Consulting, LLC. She established her consulting business in 2010 in an effort to provide organizations and individuals services related to leadership development, soft skills training, and process improvement.

Dr. Patrick is also a highly accomplished business analyst with over 20 years of combined experience in the public sector (federal), private sector (telecom and logistics), and university setting (Professor). She earned a Doctor of Management (DM) in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix (UoP), a Master of Arts in Business Administration from Bowie State University (BSU), and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University (NC A&T).
