Anntoinette M. McKee is President and CEO of International Institute for Leadership Development (IILD), an organization specializing in strategies for youth and woman empowerment through seminars, business consulting and corporate training. She is a member of Professional Woman Network. She is a highly sought-after and energetic keynote speaker and facilitator. Workshops and seminars conducted consist of topics such as Woman in Management, Avoiding Toxic Relationships, Self Esteem, Superwoman Syndrome, Emotional Wellness for Woman, and Leadership for Woman. Anntoinette received training in youth development by the Department of Labor, and is a Nurturing Skills facilitator and certified by the Professional Woman’s Network as a Professional diversity trainer with a focus on Woman’s Issues and a member of The Professional Speakers Bureau.

Ms. McKee’s knowledge of business and professionalism is supported by over 18 years of real world and leadership experience acquired by working with corporations, healthcare systems, real estate markets, charitable/non-profits, and teen parents while acquiring international travels to Australia, Jamaica and South Africa.

Among her many accomplishments Ms. McKee has co-authored Bruised But Not Broken and Raising Healthy Children in an Unhealthy World releasing globally. She holds a Bachelors of Science degree from University Wisconsin Milwaukee and a Masters in Divinity from Grace Theological Seminary in Loris South Carolina. Ms. McKee is a licensed and ordained minister in Milwaukee, Wisconsin
