Lauri Williams is owner of Optasia Career & Training Services L.L.C (a locally owned Career Seminar School), based in North Little Rock, AR providing corporate training, career development, and personal development training for those with a sincere passion to get ahead and stay ahead in their careers and personal life endeavors. She is an author, professional speaker, inspiring career coach. Lauri is also a certified Master Career Director, Ordain Minister, and Certified Professional Speaker for community, associations, and governmental organizations.

Lauri is author of the book: SIX STEPS SIX FIGURES: A POWER-PACKED GUIDE FOR YOUR CAREER GOALS AND LIFE. Lauri has been teaching and mentoring people on the principles of success and attaining rewarding and productive careers and pursuing their purpose for success in their life.

She first formulated and began applying her success principles in 2004. She has completed and is publishing these sought after principles in her forth coming book: SUCCESS BELONGS TO YOU-FIND OUT WHY (March 2011)!
