Riki Lovejoy, President of RFL Consulting Solutions, is committed to assisting others in developing their full potential. As the owner of a construction consulting firm, she has first hand knowledge of the importance of self-esteem and communication when working in a non-traditional environment.

Ms. Lovejoy offers programs to meet the needs of the individual, association, corporation, police department, armed services, or private agency. The seminars are dedicated to teaching others the importance of professionalism, positive attitudes, and personal/professional enhancement.

The seminars will empower the employer and employee in conquering and breaking through barriers and issues which have inhibited growth in the past. The goal of the workshops will be to empower the participants with the knowledge to rise above and deal with obstacles head-on, thus enhancing their performance in the workplace.
