Dr. Doreatha J. Fields is an author, motivational speaker, writer, clergy,
and management consultant. She has over 35 years of pioneering educational
programs for women, clergy, community and youth. Her works have earned
her the distinction of having a street named in her honor.
Dr. Fields is President & CEO of Diamond Jewel Facets, Inc., a Management & Education
Consultant Corporation designed to maximize personnel performance through
customized professional development and training. She is the Founder & Executive
Director of the Diamond Community School, Inc. which specializes in innovative
learning strategies for students with academic, emotional and social challenges
for Kindergarten to 12th graders. She is a Licensed Educational Consultant
for corporations, educational and medical institutions and her work spans
national audiences. As a Certified Professional Life Coach, she specializes
in Business and Personal Development. Her forte is helping her clients
in the areas of personal goal-achievement and strategic problem-solving
for businesses.
She has earned her Doctorate degree in Education; a Master of Science
degree in Administration; a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech and an Associate
of Arts degree in Liberal Arts. Her professional memberships include: National
