            Human Resources  
             
            Karlene Ewing serves on the Senior Advisory Board for the Professional 
              Woman Network, International, and past president of her local chapter 
              of Healthcare Human Resources Management Association, as well as 
              president of the local Employer Advisory Board. She has been involved 
              with the Chamber of Commerce and the California School District 
              in promoting the “School to Work” and “Welfare to Work” programs. 
              Ms. Ewing educated at Executive Center for Creative Learning, Hyatt 
              Management Institute, University of Wisconsin, Draughns Business 
              School, and College of the Sequoias. She was named Volunteer of 
              the Year by the United Way of America, and received recognition 
              and awards for her commitment to the employees serving in the National 
              Guard in California. Ms. Ewing was the recipient of the 2007 award 
              for her commitment to women’s empowerment and for her dedication 
              to the PWN for the past 17 years. 
            Her 20 years as Director of Human Resources for hospitals and extensive
