LaWanda S Dudley is President and CEO, of The SmithDudley
Group. With her degree in Business Management, she has more than
ten years of experience in customer service and professional image.
Ms. Dudley is a certified consultant from the Professional Woman
Network, an international Human Resources training and development
As a former Flight Attendant, she traveled and
explored different cultures and is committed to educating individuals
on the importance of diverse corporate cultures, business etiquette,
professional image and maintaining a positive attitude.
Ms. Dudley was educated in a universal setting;
experiencing the unique challenges faced by today's women,
young adults, and youth. Her determination to make a difference
motivated her desire to fulfill the need for empowering and building
the self esteem necessary to achieve greater mental, physical, spiritual
and emotional health. In addition to working as a volunteer in her
community, Ms. Dudley has facilitated workshops encouraging women
on how to enrich their lives.
