JJ DiGeronimo is a businesswoman who loves her work and her family. She has developed proven and practical leadership strategies for working women that increase their influence and impact. She is the Founder and CEO of Purposeful Woman, Tech Savvy Women, and Journey Charms. She is the author of the highly sought-after books for women, The Working Woman's GPS.  She's a global spokesperson for women leaders, women in technology, women entrepreneurs and young women in Science Technology Engineering and Math (S.T.E.M.).

She has a degree in computer science from Ohio University. Over the last twenty years, JJ has immersed herself in technology leadership positions within Silicon Valley based companies including VMware, Inktomi, and Accenture.

Leveraging hundreds of hours of research and interviews, JJ reveals many practical strategies that effectively empower women globally through her keynotes, workshops, panels and webinars.
