Rita Coley is President/CEO of By The Riverside, a faith based organization. An energetic and dynamic presenter she specializes in coaching and retreats for the mind, body and soul. Her seminars and workshops are designed to edify and uplift the inner you. Ms Coley enjoys the work that encourages others to improve their overall self esteem and communication skills; men, women, teens, couples and parents have benefited personally, socially and professionally. As a former member of the New York County District Attorney's Office, she has had her fair share of numerous personalities, whether it's criminal minds or a co-worker who sat right next to her. Her workshops have revitalized individuals and professionals complaining of "dead-end" relationships and career burnout. She is confident that anyone who leaves her coaching sessions would be revitalized and first rate superb!!

Rita has been a Sunday School Teacher since the age of 13. She employs spiritual disciplines and faith practices in church leadership and her work with youth groups. As both a mentor and advisor Ms. Coley is well respected and sought after in the Tri-State area. Rita is an advisor for a 40 member youth choir with a recent recording who has also had the opportunity to sing for famous recording artists such as Cissy Houston (the late Whitney Houston's mother).

Ms. Coley is a member of the NAACP, the Democratic Club Committee and is a former educator for the New York City Board of Education. She is a Certified Life Coach, Professional Diversity Trainer, Youth Trainer, and member of the International Speakers Bureau for the Professional Woman's Network.
