Sabrina L. Cobb is the founder of Setting The Table Made Easy™ which creatively teaches children how to informally set the table without assistance from their moms. Her business, Pearls and Bowties, works with moms who want to ensure that their children are taught proper dining etiquette and social graces for life advancement. This unique group of moms understands the importance of raising well-mannered children to be well-mannered and productive adults. Sabrina values education in both an academic and social setting, as they are equally needed to achieve success. Sabrina has witnessed children who have strong social skills becoming more accepted by others (personally and professionally) and she consistently works with her own children to strengthen their skills to prepare them for future success. She is committed to working with other moms to help educate their children on the benefits of etiquette.
Sabrina had a flourishing corporate career and she traded up to entrepreneurship and family. While in corporate, Sabrina devoted countless hours to her previous employers and, in turn, spent less quality time with her two young children and her husband. As time went on, life became quite hectic. So, with two children at home and a booming career, her family life began to be compromised. She did not want to be the type of mother and wife that neglected her family. Sabrina is still very driven and very ambitious. But, family was and still is her priority. Sabrina wanted her children to have memories of mom always being there when they needed her. So, eventually, she decided that she needed to make significant changes for peace of mind and peace at heart – so she gave up the corporate career to follow her dream of becoming an entrepreneur and having more freedom and flexibility to raise her kids and spend quality time with her family.
For many women who experience a similar internal struggle – trying not to choose between business woman and motherhood, she can relate. Sabrina has been there. She regularly speaks with working women who are fearful to make the leap from their corporate jobs to entrepreneurship.
Sabrina is a 15-year corporate veteran who developed marketing expertise while working at Fortune 500 companies such as Revlon and Bristol-Myers Squibb in the cosmetics, dentifrice and pharmaceutical industries. She was responsible for multi-million dollar consumer marketing budgets and managed marketing tactics such as national radio, print and television advertisements, national relationship marketing programs and promotional programs. Those years of experience, coupled with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing Management and Interior Design Certificate, have been crucial to Sabrina's success as an entrepreneur.
