Diane Cain is the founder and President of The FocusGroup, an organization development, professional development, and training consulting service located in Merrillville, Indiana. Her past work experiences as a non-profit Executive Director, a sixteen-year corporate director, and as adjunct faculty for a community college, have prepared her to offer consulting services on a broad spectrum of subjects.

She is known and respected as a dynamic professional with a unique blend of knowledge and skills. She is an accomplished leader, educator, trainer, mentor, coach, and motivational speaker.

She has researched, developed, and facilitated seminars on a wide range of topics with an emphasis on diversity, beyond race and gender, as a business driver in today's workplace. She has provided consultation to Fortune 100 corporations, non-profit organizations, colleges, urban school organizations, quick-service, and dine-in restaurant establishments.

Diane's academic credentials include a BS with distinction in Organization Management and an MA in Organization Development. She is a Certified Youth Development, Diversity Facilitation, International Human Resource Management and additional areas of expertise.

Diane is a member and leader of many professional organizations including: Gary (IN) Business and Professional Women; International Board of Advisors of The Professional Woman Network (Louisville, Kentucky); International Advisory Board of Red Cross of Northwest Indiana; National Association of Female Executives.
