Wilma J. Brown is President and Chief Executive Officer of Wilma J. Brown and Associates, a personal & professional development consulting and training organization dedicated to empowering lives both personally and professionally through seminars and workshops.

Ms. Brown is a certified professional trainer and consultant with over twenty years of experience in human resources, training and development. She's an expert in the areas of administration and management and holds a Masters degree in Occupational Technology, with emphasis in training and development, from the University of Houston. Prior to receiving her Master's Ms. Brown earned a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in marketing, from Texas Southern University in Houston.

Ms. Brown has conducted numerous training programs and workshops. She has worked in the public and private sectors for small and large organizations. She is known and respected as a consummate professional with a unique blend of knowledge and skills.

She is featured in the inspiring book by Olayinka Joseph, I Would Save Mama First (a celebration of motherhood) and Women Reworked (empowering women in employment transition) by Heather Resnick.

She is currently co-authoring a new book, A Woman's Survival Guide for Obstacles, Transition & Change to be published by The Professional Woman Network and due for release in 2007.

Ms. Brown is a native Texan. She is a member of the Professional Woman Network (PWN)--an international consulting organization specializing in personal and professional development, Toastmaster's International and the American Society for Training and Development.

She is available to keynote at workshops and seminars for organizations, churches, schools, colleges, businesses and corporations. Ms. Brown is available on a national and international basis.
